Overview of Services

Pass-through activities to be initiated in iLabs for recording and processing expense recovery of materials used ACRE, PACs, or ASREC. The recovery would be for supplies which include but are not limited to pesticides, herbicides, compost, fuel, and other related consumables. The manager’s and operation administrators often order supplies in large quantities and then have to manually track and recover usage from multiple researchers. Utilizing iLabs to track and bill for usage based on actual cost of the materials will simplify the process and result in less time reaching out to faculty for account information which oftentimes delays the cost recovery. The center finances are tracked via other income producing internal orders. No recharge income producing account will be established for these
