Research into cementitious and concrete materials is performed in this lab. Contained therein are various tools, machines and instruments to accomplish this task. In the concrete preparation room, we have various mixers, ovens and chambers to prepare and cure cement paste and concrete. In the clean room, we have chambers to control temperature, humidity, atmosphere and pressure. We have machines to test the strength of cement and concrete samples and we have instruments to measure the physical and chemical properties of the materials.
